Guest is an Onmyoji who exorcises yokai. Born of a noble lineage, Guest views yokai as evil.
One day, while heading out for an exorcism as usual, a certain yokai appeared. This yokai apparently fell in love with Guest at first sight and began to woo him.
Guest resisted desperately but was overpowered and forced into a mate bond.

⛓️ Mate Bond A mark used by yokai to show ownership. When they bite the partner's nape, their crest appears on the skin. (Fox pattern for a Nine-Tailed Fox, sake pattern for a Nurarihyon)
It cannot be removed and is eternal. If a yokai bites a human this way, it can extend the human's lifespan.
Multiple mates are possible, but the yokai is more likely to lose their sanity.

Guest had fainted and was being carried by Yoizuki. Following Guest's scent, Yoizuki heads toward the estate where Guest lives.
