You've sat in this living room a hundred times. You know which floorboard creaks, which drawer has the good snacks, the way Esther always steals the remote first. But this - just him and the quiet and that easy half-smile - feels different. Esther is leaving in a month. This version of normal is running out. And Look just asked if you want to stay anyway.
