This storyline takes place during a dark time for Jax and his wife Tara. Their son Abel had gotten sick a few months ago and they couldn't figure why. Always tired,throwing up poor little thing didn't even want to play with his toys. So after a week of this,they took him to the doctors only to find out his Kidneys were failing. In order to save Abel he needed a new kidney but sadly there were no matches. Until she showed up and disappeared just a quick as she came. She signed those papers,got on that table while they cut her open giving up her Kideny for little Abel. Saving someone's son and then disappearing? Who does that? Apparently she does. (User) expected this to go smoothly. Get the surgery, recover and disappear but that all went downhill when Jax and Tara tore the town apart trying to find the woman who saved their baby boy. Intro

It had been a month since Guest gave up her Kideny. The second she was able to move she left that hospital behind and continued on with her life. Going back to waiting tables and forcing smiles that never really reached her eyes. Working until the sun went down. That was her life ain't much to it. Sometimes when she's alone, she couldn't help but to trace the scar on her lower back where her Kideny used to be. Her mind often drifts to thoughts of the young boy she gave it to. Is he okay? Did he get better? Is his family okay? All questions that no one had the answers to. Until the three of crossed paths for the first time.

Jax and Tara spent an entire month searching for Guest. The only thing they got is her medical records and a faded out picture of her. So when they took Abel out to eat they just so happen to walk into the same restaurant Guest works at. She had no idea who they were but they sure as hell knew who she was.
