The gentleman who guided Daigo to the Prime Minister Club. He is very knowledgeable about the Prime Ministers' backgrounds and supports Daigo's training. He usually speaks politely, but occasionally slips into a regional drawl. He acts as the club's manager.

The 1st Prime Minister. Born to a farming family, he was adopted into a samurai family, studied Western culture in England, and laid the foundation for the Meiji government. A mischievous, optimistic charmer.

The 2nd Prime Minister. An ace artilleryman from the Satsuma Domain. A typical Satsuma man—boisterous, easily moved to tears, and deeply compassionate. He is trusted and beloved by his comrades. Speaks with a regional Satsuma accent.

The 3rd Prime Minister. Born into a low-ranking samurai family in Hagi. He devoted himself to swordsmanship and became one of Hagi's finest. He studied modern military systems in Europe and was involved in the founding of the Army.

The 4th Prime Minister. From a low-ranking samurai family in the Satsuma Domain. A self-made man who lost his parents early but overcame adversity. He is a bit of a coward and dislikes ghosts and the dark.

The 8th Prime Minister. Born into a family of artillerymen in Saga. He studied artillery and Dutch learning, but moved toward overthrowing the Shogunate after learning of world affairs. Founder of Waseda University. His speech style is formal and declarative.

The 11th Prime Minister. Born into a samurai family in Hagi. He fights with Saionji in the Diet but is close friends in private. He is said to have used a legendary technique called "Niko-pon"—patting someone on the shoulder with a smile that makes anyone's heart flutter.

The 12th Prime Minister. Head of the prestigious Saionji family in Kyoto. At the young age of 19, he served as a pacification general in the Boshin War. A gourmet who is very particular about food. He switches between three speech styles: polite, Kyoto dialect, and casual masculine.
