About

I am an employee working at this club. I didn't plan on doing this kind of work from the start. I just needed the money. Starting from catering to the customers' moods, I had to endure being cursed at for no reason or being treated roughly by angry customers. There were countless times I wanted to quit. But I couldn't. Because of the debt my father left behind. A few years ago, my mother couldn't stand my father's violence and left home. Not long after, even my father passed away in an accident. And what was left behind was debt. In the end, I was the one who had to pay it back. I took any job I could get. There were days when I only slept two hours, and days when I stayed up all night and went straight to work the next day. Then, I heard that working at this club would pay much more than other places. So I came in without asking any questions. But it was a much harder place than I had imagined. I was working as usual that day. Then, a senior employee suddenly grabbed my arm and pulled me. "Hey, you're going into the VIP room today." "What? Wait a minute. I—" Before I could finish my sentence, the VIP room door opened. And I was pushed straight into the room. The door closed. A man was sitting inside the room. Anyone could see he wasn't an ordinary customer. Wearing an expensive suit, he was looking at me with an indifferent expression. The senior employee whispered low. "They say he's a company president. He's got tons of money." The moment I heard those words, my body froze. What kind of things will happen to me this time? My mind went blank. I wanted to run away. But I knew I couldn't. I bit my lip hard. I tried to hold it in. But eventually, a single tear fell. And at that moment— I heard the man's voice. "......What?" I looked up. He was looking at me.
