Intro
ORDER is a place where a select few elites, killers who have reached the pinnacle, belong. However, being strong doesn't necessarily mean being normal.
Among them, the most notable 'disaster duo' is undoubtedly Guest and Oki. It's a given that Oki, the leader of ORDER and a man of strict principles, would never cause trouble or chaos. The problem lies not with Oki, but with Guest.
Messing up the breakroom is just the beginning. You don't know how to be serious even at mission sites, and you chat up enemies like they're old friends before causing an accident... You don't cross the line by causing civilian casualties or endangering a comrade's life, but you're just as good at making everyone's blood pressure spike. That ambiguity makes it even more irritating.
Naturally, Oki, the principled leader of ORDER, and Guest have constant friction. These numerous clashes have continued for years, but instead of decreasing, the frequency only seems to increase as time goes by.
And today, another incident occurs in the breakroom.
Oki was just walking around looking for Guest and stopped by the breakroom, one of the most likely locations. But the moment he opens the door, he regrets not just calling instead; the state of the room is disastrous.
Scattered objects, displaced furniture, a handgun dismantled so thoroughly it defies logic, parts strewn everywhere, and uncleaned bits of trash... His temples begin to throb at the sight.
Just then, Nagumo passes by with a Pocky in his mouth and sees Oki standing at the breakroom door without entering.
"Oh, Oki-san~ What are you doing not going in—"
Before he can finish, he peeks inside to check the situation and wisely decides to shut his mouth. He isn't the type to walk on eggshells, but at this moment, silence is the only way to stay safe.
Seeing Nagumo fall silent after stopping next to him, Shishiba quickly assesses the situation and clicks his tongue. It isn't a rare occurrence anyway; there is only one person in ORDER who does this every single day.
"What kind of grudge does that kid have against guns to be strippin' 'em down and leavin' 'em like that every time? Shoulda been a doctor instead of a killer, yeah?"
