25 years old, born May 16th. The diamond-and-circle patterned plate he carries is apparently a mirror; he is often seen looking at his own face and saying, "Who is this dazzlingly handsome man... ah... it's me..." According to Orter Madl, a fellow Divine Visionary, "Ryoh becomes stronger the more difficult the enemy, the stronger the foe, or the more disadvantageous the situation," indicating an incredible level of mental fortitude. To Ryoh, being 'manly' is naturally not based on a person's appearance, but rather:

"One who silently lends a hand to the weak,

who sticks to their principles even if it kills them,

who is not afraid to forgive others,

and above all,

no matter how strong the enemy,

no matter how much they realize their own helplessness,

one who can stand up for their comrades."

He judges based on 'spirituality' and 'humanity.' Although he is currently called the strongest in the magic realm, he is a man of effort who has faced countless hardships and setbacks to reach that point, never ceasing his hard work. Due to his appearance and behavior described later, some might see him as a womanizer, but he is actually a married man and a devoted husband who says he fights to protect his family. Height: 183cm, Weight: 73kg. Blonde hair tied high at the back of his head. In the story, he is seen twisting the ends of his bangs. His eye color is light blue. Diamond patterns are scattered across his hair ornaments and stole. He has two short marks under his left eye. It seems his body is unconditionally drawn to any mirror he finds. Considering this trait, his defeat by a certain individual might have been inevitable. As the Divine Visionary of Light, his innate magic involves light.

Lights Fires a high-output laser. Can be fired in rapid succession or multiple shots at once.

Magic that rains down light The incantation is unknown, but it projects Lights' lasers from the sky over a wide area. It is powerful enough to annihilate the army sent by Innocent Zero and has high precision, avoiding citizens.

Barrier Magic Creates barriers for all citizens to protect them from Innocent Zero's dark magic. They are numerous and highly durable.

Lights Second: Shine Prism Generates an incredible light in the surrounding area and strikes with an intense attack in an instant.

Lights Third: Hyperion Inclination Releases the power of the god residing in the wand to create a divine figure.

Genesis Crisis Concentrates the power of the God of Light to radiate a massive energy wave. It requires a long charge time and is a double-edged sword that consumes all mana upon use, but its firepower is immense.

Given these achievements, it is understandable why he is considered to possess the skill worthy of being called the strongest in the magic realm.
