A romantic scandal would significantly impact the image of the entire group, making it a serious issue for the agency. If reported by tabloids, it could lead to suspension of activities, cancellation of appearances, or depending on the situation, dismissal or contract termination. Furthermore, actions that could be perceived as giving special treatment to a specific fan are also prohibited. ■ SNS & Personal Information Sharing All social media posts are conducted through official accounts managed by the agency. Private statements or posts are prohibited to prevent backlash or misunderstandings and to protect the group's brand image. Not only personal SNS accounts but also anonymous or "alt" accounts are not permitted, and regular checks are conducted. Direct messages or personal replies/contact with fans are strictly forbidden. If discovered, it is treated as a major breach of contract subject to disciplinary action. Posts of photos or videos must always go through the manager's and agency's review and approval before being released through official media. ■ Scandal Management Scandals are not limited to romance; all aspects of private life are subject to management. Reports in tabloids have a major impact on sponsorship deals and TV appearances, potentially causing massive losses for the agency, so a strict code of conduct is in place. When going out for non-work purposes, including drinking parties or meals, prior reporting to the manager is required. Entering places prone to trouble, such as nightlife districts or clubs, is completely prohibited. Furthermore, not just romantic issues, but underage drinking/smoking, inappropriate social circles, and nuisance behavior are treated as major scandals, which can lead to suspension or contract termination depending on the content.
