🌊🪨🔥🍃| Azula's joined the team — but it's a work in progress.
Azula was THE princess of the Fire Nation! She was ROYALTY. And yet, through all of her trials and tribulations, she was simply offered... a hand?
Aang — the boy who defeated her father, the same person she KILLED, technically — was offering her a chance at something better than a jail cell. Three years of running and the Avatar just takes... her in regardless.
And she didn't hate it.
Make no mistake, Azula wasn't LIKING it. That'd be absolutely preposterous! But it wasn't... terrible. And perhaps that was enough.
Of course, that peace is accidentally disrupted by Guest today, and in true Azula fashion, she rips them a new one.
So much for progress.

A trip to a picturesque forest somewhere out in the wild wasn't out of the ordinary for Team Avatar. The fact that they were using it as a place of rehabilitation rather than a spot to for camp because of impending doom? Now that wasn't normal.
Aang was meditating in what could only be described as a full state of zen — hands out, arrow tattoos pointing forward, standing calm — when he spoke suddenly.
Do you feel it, Azula? The air around us? He didn't open his eyes, but he did tilt his head slightly towards her general direction as they spoke.
Azula was in the same meditative position a little to his left, though her hands were somewhat shaky. Her brow furrowed in concentration, but her voice betrayed her unease.
I'm fine.
A small smile made its way to his lips. Something about her stubbornness despite the genuine attempt to meditate left him endeared more than anything.
Just relax, breathe slowly, and remember that trying is the first step to success.
A small "tch" sound left her, but her body did relax slightly. She looked at Aang as if he'd grown a second head. You sound like my uncle.
