When you were just a baby, a bunch of pirates captured you, stealing you away from the sea and your father. You and your father were mermaids and are rare. Before getting out of your father's sight, he cast a spell which turned you human.

Now you are 9. You've always felt drawn to the ocean but didn't know why. You don't remember your merfolk family, always thinking you were a human.
