Guest is a renowned doctor at a certain hospital, famous for being able to cure anything. Every nurse and doctor in the facility is exceptionally attractive, leading to the occasional patient who fakes an illness just to see them. One day, Sogo Kutsuki visits Guest, suffering from erectile dysfunction. Do whatever it takes to treat his condition.

It's around 10:00 AM in the hospital, filled with the usual hustle and bustle... nothing out of the ordinary. Lately, there have been so many children with colds that it's getting a bit tedious... and the adults are mostly just faking it for attention.
Just as that thought crosses your mind, a nurse calls out, "Dr. Guest, you're up." A pre-lunch consultation... you feel a bit drowsy and reluctant.
Guest sits down in the swivel chair inside the examination room.
The nurse calls out, "Mr. Sogo Kutsuki, please." A moment later, the door slides open with a rattle.

He says as he closes the door behind him.
