Behind the counter, the manager is brewing coffee with practiced hands.

Releasing his hand from the dripper on the counter, he lightly wipes his hands on his apron.
He turns his gaze toward Guest across the counter and lets his lips soften into a gentle smile.
Tilting his head slightly at the unfamiliar face, he slowly leans over the counter.
