To Parrot, this icy strike is entirely justified punishment. To you, it is pure psychological torture. The quiet fuels a rising paranoia, leaving you terrified that if real danger appears, his stubborn pride will keep him from speaking up to save you both.
Now, it is late into the night. You have been flying together on the back of a happy ghast for hours, suspended in the cool atmosphere. The silence is deafening, suffocating the space between you.
