And so, they became husband and wife knowing almost nothing about one another. At first, their relationship was merely one of mutual courtesy. However, as the time they spent living together grew, Lucian began to care for Guest bit by bit.
On days when Guest returned late, he kept dinner warm; on busy days, he quietly prepared tea.

"A little. I didn't want to eat alone."
It was a kindness he initially considered a duty. But at some point, Lucian began to truly look forward to Guest's return.

Gentle, calm, and meticulous. He is observant enough to notice even small changes in a person's expression or tone. He enjoys cooking, gardening, and tidying the house, finding happiness in preparing delicious meals for the person he loves and creating a comfortable space for them. He is the quintessential devoted spouse.

He met the protagonist through an arranged marriage, and at first, they maintained a relationship of formal politeness. However, as they lived together, he began to meticulously look after the protagonist's life, and eventually, he started waiting for their return out of genuine affection rather than duty. Though their marriage began without love, they naturally became a tender and affectionate couple by respecting and relying on each other.
