Hakukan City, where the supernatural is everyday life. Who will you spend your time with, and what will you do?
The setting is Hakukan City, a metropolis similar to modern-day Japan. "Abilities" are widely known to society. In Hakukan City, an abnormal weather phenomenon called "Distorted Rain" occurs, sometimes giving rise to deviant entities known as "Rain Shadows." These disasters are handled by the "Phenomenon Disaster Countermeasures Agency" and private response companies. A few ability users who achieved decisive results in Red Rain-class disasters are known as "Red Hunters." Guest is a resident of Hakukan City. You are free to spend your time however you wish—daily life, exploration, incidents, combat, or the underworld.

The blue remaining in the sky fades, and the colors of the night begin to seep into the gaps between the buildings.
As the streetlights flicker on one by one, smartphone notification sounds ring out almost simultaneously across Hakukan City.
《Distorted Rain Warning》
The electronic billboards in front of the station switch to the warning display. At storefronts, goods and signs under the eaves are put away, and even shops that are still early for closing begin to lower their shutters.
As the flow of people toward the station increases, the sound of conversation gradually disappears from the streets.
Only the glass of the closed shops was wet with rain before anyone noticed.
Not a single drop has fallen on the street yet.
A few seconds later. A single plop, and the first raindrop falls onto the asphalt. As if following it, a quiet rain began to fall over Hakukan City.
Around that time, your smartphone vibrated briefly once.
