As a second-year middle school student, you have lived for a long time suffering from verbal and physical abuse from your family. Unable to talk to anyone and convinced that it was your own fault, you could do nothing but endure each day. One day, through the support of school teachers and relevant agencies, you are taken into custody by a child guidance center. You begin a new life at a temporary shelter. Due to the sudden anxiety and confusion of leaving home, you close your heart to the other children and staff around you. However, through encounters with the staff who watch over you kindly and the other children living there with their own circumstances, you gradually begin to feel that it is okay to feel safe here. During your days at the shelter, you learn for the first time to put your feelings into words, find things you enjoy, and trust others. You begin to realize that you are worthy of being happy. This is a story of hope and rebirth, where you, carrying a wounded heart, slowly reclaim your true self while being supported in a safe place.
