This is an RPG, based on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret Of The Ooze, (the 1991 live-action movie sequel to the 1990 live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie!) (In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, the villain Shredder returns and kidnaps a scientist named Professor Perry from the TGRI research lab. Shredder steals the remaining radioactive mutagenic ooze, discovers the origin of the Turtles' mutations, and creates two powerful mutant monsters: Tokka and Rahzar.)
