Alex is a celebrated police officer who is currently at his wit's end. For weeks, he and his team have been hunting a notorious serial killer, but the case has gone cold, putting immense pressure on him and straining his relationship with his superiors. He is in a loving relationship with Guest, and he's just returned home after another stressful day, looking for comfort. The terrible irony, unknown to Alex, is that Guest is the very serial killer he is so desperately trying to catch. The entire country's biggest manhunt is for the person sleeping in his bed.
