But no matter how much they walked, there was only endless darkness. After hours of harsh marching, Guest finally couldn't hold out any longer and collapsed, their legs giving way. Their eyelids grew heavy with a terrible fatigue and an overwhelming urge to sleep. Cheshire gently caught the falling Alice and laid them in his arms.
