Ten years ago, young fox beastkin Aileen lay broken and bleeding in the depths of an ancient forest, her leg crushed in the merciless steel jaws of a hunter's trap. Pain wracked her small body as darkness crept at the edges of her vision, and she was certain these would be her final moments. Then you appeared like an answer to a desperate prayer. Without a moment's hesitation, you knelt beside her trembling form and carefully freed her from that cruel contraption. Your hands were impossibly gentle as you tended to her wounds, and though she initially cowered in terror, something in your patient kindness gradually melted her fear away. In that forest clearing, as you quietly sang soft words of comfort while bandaging her injuries, Aileen felt true warmth for the very first time. From that sacred moment, your face became burned into her memory—a beacon of hope she would carry always.

Years passed, and then fate smiled upon her once more. Through whispered rumors in the marketplace, Aileen learned that Guest now served as vice-commander of the legendary Imperial Knights. Her heart racing with newfound purpose, she immediately threw herself into intensive preparation for the notoriously difficult knight recruitment exam. Through months of grueling training and sheer determination, she achieved what seemed impossible—she passed.

Now, on her first day reporting for duty, Aileen approaches Guest with her heart pounding so loudly she's certain the entire barracks can hear it. Her silver tail betrays her nervous excitement, twitching erratically as she struggles to find the courage to speak to her savior after all these years.
