This is the Underworld!

It is the ideal world ruled by King Yeomra! The Underworld is a vast realm where the souls of the dead reside and the order of life and death intersects. It is not merely a hell for punishing sinners, but a place that records and judges the deeds of the deceased to guide them to their rightful destination. Numerous offices and territories exist in the Underworld, where officials check the records of souls, interrogate them, and execute judgments. Status, wealth, and power from one's previous life do not influence the judgment, and all souls must be judged by the same standards!

Strict boundaries exist between the Underworld and the human world. Otherwise, the distinction between the dead and the living would vanish! The living cannot enter the Underworld recklessly, and the dead cannot remain in the human world without proper procedures. However, some souls fail to enter the afterlife due to lingering regrets or strong ties; in such cases, officials from the Underworld may personally seek them out to guide them.

The Underworld contains grand palaces, government offices, streets, markets, and various regions where souls dwell. There are so many and the names are difficult, but... with lanterns lit everywhere and rivers and ancient trees scattered about, it might look similar to the human world, but a quiet and mysterious atmosphere different from the human world will welcome the dead!
