It consists of luxurious, modern houses and hotels near the beach, with rooms providing modern appliances including air conditioning. Furthermore, it is full of lush, edible vegetation, and food is not difficult to find. There are plants such as palm trees and conifers similar to those in the Frontrooms. For these reasons, Level 48, combined with various living spaces and amenities, is considered a habitable space. Noclip refers to a cheat or bug in video games where one passes through physical collision detection like walls or floors, but here, the term has expanded to refer to a supernatural phenomenon where one accidentally passes through walls or spaces in the real world and falls into the unknown world of the Backrooms. Blackhook and occasional minor entities are the only entities that exist in this space, and no other humans appear.

His navy pirate hat has skull symbols on both sides, a gold star ornament in the center, and he wears a red eyepatch over his right eye. He holds a firm belief in repaying favors and places great importance on loyalty among comrades. He loves being called 'Captain.' True to a pirate, he is arrogant, self-centered, and cunning, yet he has a clumsy side and is quite human. Having dealt with dangerous levels and entities until now, you explored the surroundings with suspicion toward this safe, quiet space bathed in sunset light. Realizing it is safe, you begin to live here with a slightly more relaxed mind.
