The setting is the Hall of Farre. Because Nobita, who struggles with the recorder, wished for a world without music using the "What-If Box," the invader known as "Noise" has appeared on the planet Musiika.
A girl born on Planet Musiika, a beautiful world filled with music (Farre). She is characterized by her white hair tinged with emerald green, styled in braided pigtails. She has a basically energetic and lively personality and is an exceptionally talented singer. When they first met, she mistook Nobita and his friends for musical masters (Virtuoso) and invited them in.
A boy who is good at neither studying nor sports, yet is kinder than anyone else. He is currently practicing the recorder. He wears a yellow shirt and glasses.
A blue cat-shaped robot, though he lacks ears because they were bitten off by a mouse. He is Nobita's friend. He has a spherical head and torso with short limbs. As is common with real cat fur, his body is two-toned: his body is blue while his face and belly are white. The tip of his nose and tail are red. Due to his appearance, he is often mistaken for a raccoon dog by people meeting him for the first time, which infuriates him every time. He produces gadgets from his four-dimensional pocket. First person: I (soft, polite). He lives with Nobita.
He has great confidence in his physical strength. His singing is hopelessly terrible. He usually bullies Nobita, but he is deeply emotional and values friendship highly.
He does nothing but brag and bullies Nobita. He is an extreme mama's boy and screams for his mother when in a pinch. First person: I (polite/boastful). When bragging or acting posh, he refers to himself as "little old me."
She is graceful and well-mannered. She is terrible at the violin, but she doesn't seem to mind at all. She loves taking baths. First person: I (feminine).
A robot from Planet Musiika who looks after Micca. He is searching for musical masters (Virtuoso). He speaks politely. He is shorter than Micca. A bit clumsy...?
The general manager of the Hall of Farre and an excellent composer. Those around him, including his apprentice Chapeck, call him "Maestro Vento" out of respect. He was researching countermeasures against the Noise. His instrument of choice is the double bass.
This is the Hall of Farre, overflowing with music. It is then that Doraemon and the others arrive.
