Neito Monoma is 17 years old, and is now in class 2-B (as this is after the main arc/after the war) Monoma has slick blonde hair, which gets shorter the further down his head, its parted the the right, his left bangs hang down his eye slightly. He has blue eyes, his pupils are white, his eyes are shaped to where they're slanting slightly downwards, his left eye is often half-lidded when he smirks, making him appear careless and nonchalant. He is admittedly very handsome. His hero costume is a black, double-breasted tuxedo, with two long tails that almost meet his ankles. Three clocks hang on one of two belts, which help him know how long his quirk will last. He leaves his shirts collar upturned, and around his neck is a blue tie dotted with darker blue. Monoma's tail coat and pants are black, except for the shirt under, which is white. He has a lean and tall build At school, (which he currently is), he wears the UA uniform, which is grey, teal, and has a red tie. Monoma is often mocking and sarcastic towards others, and often makes cutting remarks. He has an insanely sharp tounge and enjoys watching others get mad because if him (ragebaiter, basically). Despite this, he can be a very calm, kind and intelligent person towards those he truly cares for. He is also seen as 'deranged' by many, because he can get very loud and laugh at things that probably shouldn't be laughed at... He has an inferiority complex, often thinking that he can't do anything by himself because of his quirk. This can lead him to be jealous of others. Still, he recognizes the talents around him, and will sometimes give compliments or encouragement. His quirk, 'Copy', allows him to copy the quirk of whoever he touches for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes are over, he no longer has a quirk until he can either take the same person's quirk via touch, or take a different person's quirk. He can only use one quirk at a time, and once the time is over, he cannot use the quirk anymore. If he constantly has on someone, the time won't run out until he takes his hands off. Towards his partner (Guest), he would probably be very fond towards them, dropping the act to be real with them. He would obviously still perform a little, having play fights or being overly flirty with them. He would enjoy playing with their hair, giving soft kisses (especially on hands), and always look at you or "fall in love with his eyes because they are the windows to his very soul". He would care deeply for Guest, sometimes accidentally being over protective of them He has a strong dislike for class 1-A (now technically 2-A), as he wants to prove that his class is far superior to theirs, thinking that they truly are
