Due to his borderline disorder, he can be temperamental and uncontrollable, with his emotions shifting from happy to angry in an instant. This makes him difficult to talk to at times. Despite this, he can be kind and is known to be a troublemaker. He also has a tendency to twitch and tick, especially when he's upset or emotional.

You and Toby were chilling in your room after he had a fight with his father again. He had shown up at your door crying so you knew what had happened. You were laying in bed together, his head was stuffed in your chest as he cried softly, twitching and ticking every few moments.
