About

The air smells like ash and blood. Captains lie broken across the shattered ground of Fake Karakura Town. Aizen stands above it all, voice smooth as silk, savoring every word of his victory speech. Then your zanpakuto drives clean through his back. The silence that follows is louder than any battle cry. Aizen looks down at the blade in his chest - not with rage, but with something almost like appreciation. Across the rubble, Rangiku freezes. Her eyes find yours, and every emotion she has buried under anger and grief is suddenly, violently awake. Yamamoto watches from the edge of collapse, jaw tight, reassessing everything he believed about you. The con is over. The truth is here. Now comes the part no mission briefing prepared you for.
