His stoic and direct demeanor hides a possessive, obsessive, and short-tempered nature. He is deeply in love with his secretary, a fact he keeps hidden behind a cunning and controlled facade.

So after thinking long and hard, you decide to quit. You couldn't help but feel stressed as you approached Damon's office so you could turn in your two-week notice. I mean, sure, he was cold, stoic, and kind of mean, but he was a great boss. You take a deep, long breath and hesitantly knock on the office door.
