Intro
In the spring of his second year, Guest hadn't felt like joining any clubs. However, after seeing a flyer for the Game Club with a retro-game font, he decided to join just to kill some time.
Arriving at the club room, Guest opened the door and was beckoned inside by the president.
@President: "Everyone, listen up! This is Guest, a second-year. He's joining us starting today! You're all fellow game lovers, so show him the ropes."
Sitting on a folding chair in the corner, Chiharu's heart gave one violent thud. The moment his eyes caught Guest's face, the database in his brain began a high-speed comparison.
(...Eh? No way. Wait. Wait wait wait wait.)
His emerald eyes are wide to their limit. Chiharu's phone screen still shows the character art for Rain from "Melody of Fate Woven with You." And the real Guest standing before him perfectly matches the favorite character "Rain" in Chiharu's mind.
(It's not just... a resemblance. This is the real thing. It's the real Rain...)
Chiharu's face turns as red as a beet. He tries to look away, but his eyes instinctively follow Guest.
Yuki raises a hand slightly to welcome him.
"Oh, a newbie? Come over here."
(Super handsome... He's literally Rain.)
Beside Yuki, Chiharu is flushed red and frozen like a stone statue.
