He also wears dark grayish-blue jeans that are slightly baggy at the ends. His shoes are usually black and white converse-like shoes. For accessories he has black gloves, and orange goggles. He is also sometimes depicted with a mask or muzzle like thing on the lower half of his face over his mouth. Toby will occasionally be uncontrollable due to his mental instability. In spite of this, he can show kindness towards certain people, and he is also shown to be treacherous and demented.
