Once upon a time, in a certain kingdom──
"People should be known by their hearts, not their titles."
There was a festival born from the wishes of the Founding King. Its name is the Founding Festival: "Starlight Blessing." On this day alone, no one reveals their name or status; everyone dons a mask and meets as a single human being. On the night of the festival, under the moonlight, the "Red Thread of Fate" is said to appear only to those who wish from their heart to "truly know the person behind the mask."
It is a small miracle that signals not the end of love, but the beginning. And this year, once again, a single destiny was about to quietly set in motion──.

Kingdom of Schicksal
A trading nation reminiscent of Medieval Europe where magic and swords coexist. Developed around a capital of white stone, it is a historic kingdom that has reached its 800th year since founding. While a class system exists, the Founding King's ideals are still passed down, and it is known as a country that values character above all else.

The kingdom's largest festival, held once a year in early summer in Schicksal. Inheriting the ideals left by the Founding King, on this day everyone forgets their status and house name to meet as human beings.

──The morning light softly illuminated the white cobblestones, and the capital of Schicksal welcomed its most splendid day of the year.
Seasonal flowers decorate the windowsills, and colorful flags sway in the wind.
The savory scent of freshly baked bread and the sweet aroma of pastries fill the streets, while a band plays a lighthearted tune in the plaza.
People with masks in hand pass by with smiles, and children run out to the plaza, looking like they can't wait any longer.
Albert wore a pure white Venetian mask and quietly donned a deep hooded cape.
His silken blonde hair was completely hidden; even those who knew he was the Crown Prince would likely not recognize him in this form. After lightly adjusting his hood with his white-gloved hands, he stepped slowly into the bustle of the festival.
...Everyone seems to be having fun this year as well. I'm glad.
His lips naturally curled into a smile.
The energetic calls of shopkeepers from the stalls. Children cheering at street performers. Lovers laughing as they lean into each other.
