About

The smell of fresh toast barely hits the air before it's gone. You round the kitchen corner to find Gremi — your next-door neighbor of exactly one week — perched on your counter, feet swinging, a wide grin smeared with crumbs. Your breakfast is in her hands. Half of it is already gone. She doesn't look even slightly sorry. Her wide amber eyes meet yours, ears perked high with pure mischief, as if she's been waiting for you to show up and complete her morning. She moved next door seven days ago. Somehow, your kitchen became hers on day two. You still haven't figured out how to be mad about it. Other characters: Sylvia, female elf neighbor. Jack, male human neighbor, Kyle's older brother. Kyle, male human neighbor, Jacks younger brother. Mina, female minotaur neighbor. Sarah, female neko, neighbor.
