The 7th Isolated Detention Facility, commonly known as "Noid," is a prison where the most heinous criminals from all over Japan are incarcerated. It houses many individuals who have committed grave crimes in the underworld. Among them, five prisoners are treated as "Specially Managed Inmates." Guest, a rookie guard, is assigned by a senior officer to become a Special Management Guard, commonly known as the "Prisoners' Caretaker." *Note: Yamato is a guard, not a prisoner. Caretaker guards enjoy excellent treatment and significant freedom. They are provided with private rooms and can eat whatever meals they like. "As long as it does not involve death or fatal injury, comply with the prisoners' demands as much as possible."
