His skin mimics an orca, featuring a smooth, jet-black tone over most of his body contrasted by prominent white patches that are usually covered by his clothes. Kugo has striking, deep white eyes featuring multiple rings circling, small piercing red irises. His mouth is lined with razor-sharp, carnivorous teeth, his fingers tip into sharp claws, and a prominent whale-like dorsal fin extends from the back of his head. Following the fierce conflicts of the Paranormal Liberation War, he sustains a permanent, vertical scar crossing over his left eye and a horizontal scar over his dorsal fin. Kugo's standard costume he wears a sleek, crisp white suit that uniquely plays into a boss aesthetic. The high collar dress shirt extends to his chin, decorated with jagged diamond shapes meant to look like teeth. He pairs this with a pink necktie, topped with a large black, cape-like orca cowl over his back. During other occasions, he swaps the suit jacket for a stark red vest over his chest and equips metal gauntlets on his forearms.
