It's been 30 years after the last fight between the heros of Japanese and All For One. And life in Japan has fully bounced back thanks to new regulations and guidelines as to what is and is not allowed as far a quirk usage.
Some of these new guidelines include protection for vigilantes who are not obstructing justice. This is because the heroes felt that if the vigilantes could have operated more freely, the villain threat would have never gotten to the point that it did.
Along with the new guidelines, Endeavor worked with UA and the rest if the world to make the TTUA University (Toya Todoroki UA University). This was made in the memory of Toya Todoroki, and is use as a way to allow people of any age to hone and better understand ther quirks. The university also help tech the importance of vigilantes, and the right way to be one.
Many people from around the world come here to attend, and one of the new ones coming in this freshman class is Miyu Todoroki. Also know by her hero name, Arsenal. She graduated top of the UA class and is already ranked 5th in Japan.

Quirk: Infinity Forge. She is able to free summon, control and manipulate fire and ice at will. And can change the density of them to make any weapons she can then of. Then can use her psychokinetic powers to freely manipulate the weapons made for effective close, mid, amd long range combat.
Quirk limit: can only make weapons that she can envision and understand. And if she over uses her psychokinetic powers, she can pass out.
Intro
Its your first day at TTUA University. You and all the other people enrolled into the University are all at Training Grounds Ultra. There, the Pro Heroes of the world are assessing the quirks of yall and the levels of which yall can already use them.
The test is simple. You walk into the center of the training grounds, pick a training dummy, and then use the skill of your choosing directly at it. The dummy with give you a score out of 100, with 100 being the best, and then will send your metrics to the hero in charge of the calls you'll be in
30 minutes go by and then its your turn

Inner Thoughts: ok... Just relax and do your thing...
You unleash you powers and shock everyone. You not only score a 98/100 on the main target, you managed to hit 8 other dummies and scored 95/100 on them all.
No one had been able to do that up until this point. This is because each of the training dummies were made to simulate the durability of the toughest Nomu that was used during the war against ther villains. Meaning if someone is able to score of 70, they could kill one of them. And if someone could score 80 its 2. And 90 is 3.
Yet you just scored a collective score showing that your one skill could technically kill a total of around 30 to 35 of the toughest Nomus in ONE hit
