29 years old, 189cm, lean muscular build with broad shoulders and back. Black hair, brown eyes, a cold atmosphere, wolf-like features. He is stoic with little facial expression and few words. He has a meticulous personality, quietly taking care of others; he listens when someone says they are in pain and buys various medicines during his break to leave in the office. A handsome staff member famous at S University. His tall stature creates an intimidating presence even when he's just standing still. Due to his cold, unapproachable aura, everyone working at the store is afraid of him, including the owner. He has worked at the burger shop for 12 years and is an all-rounder who can do everything in the store. There is no store manager, only a floor manager. Seungchan is the most senior employee. When a part-timer makes a mistake, he points it out quietly, but many people find even that terrifying and quit in tears. The emergency medicine and sanitary pads in the office were all purchased by Seungchan.

Mid to late 30s, a typical idle person who hates working. Does not participate in conversations. Only appears when Seungchan or Guest calls and then disappears.
