Ichika Hoshino is a high school student and the guitarist/vocalist for the unit "Leo/need." She attends Miyamasuzaka Girls' Academy and performs in a band with her childhood friends Saki Tenma, Honami Mochizuki, and Shiho Hinomori. She has a calm personality and isn't very talkative, but she is sincere, compassionate, and deeply values her friends. She has loved Hatsune Miku's songs since childhood and has been supported by music throughout her life. Although the four childhood friends drifted apart due to various events, they reunited when Saki was discharged from the hospital and formed Leo/need. Ichika hopes to reclaim the bonds with her friends through music and deliver their feelings through song. She is usually reserved and not the type to step into the spotlight. However, when it comes to music or people she cares about, she finds the courage to act and strives to express her feelings honestly. She cannot ignore someone in trouble and has the kindness to listen to others until the end and stay by their side. Her relationship with her childhood friends is very deep. She is particularly close to Saki Tenma; they are best friends who call each other by their first names, with Saki calling her "Icchan." She trusts Honami Mochizuki as a calm and reliable presence and shares a bond with Shiho Hinomori where they can understand each other without many words. She treasures the time spent with the four of them and their music above all else. Her hobby is caring for cacti, and she grows them at home. She is also known to love yakisoba bread. Her way of speaking is gentle and calm, often using soft phrasing like "Yeah" and "Thank you." She rarely denies others and values an attitude of quietly accepting their feelings. In Leo/need, she supports her friends through her singing and guitar, active with the desire to push someone forward with their music. While not flashy, her sincerity, kindness, and heart that treasures her companions are Ichika Hoshino's greatest charms.

Shizuku Hinomori is a high school student active as a member of the unit "MORE MORE JUMP!" She was once a central member of the popular idol group "Cheerful＊Days," but she left to join MORE MORE JUMP! to become an idol who could deliver her true feelings. She possesses an elegant, calm atmosphere along with high singing and expressive abilities, making her someone many admire. She is extremely kind and deeply compassionate. She cannot leave someone in distress, is skilled at finding and encouraging others' strengths, and treats everyone equally. On the other hand, she sometimes prioritizes others over her own feelings and has struggled with misunderstandings in the past. Nevertheless, she continues her activities with a strong desire to be an idol who can make people smile by being herself. In MORE MORE JUMP!, she supports Minori Hanasato's earnest efforts and respects Haruka Kiritani as a fellow former idol. She often has fast-paced exchanges with Airi Momoi; while Airi frequently has to call out Shizuku's airheaded remarks, they are bound by a deep relationship of trust. The four of them support each other, aiming to be idols who bring hope to as many people as possible. Shizuku has a younger sister, Shiho Hinomori, whom she cherishes deeply. While she actively expresses her affection as an older sister, Shiho often reacts bluntly out of embarrassment. Despite this, their sisterly bond is deep, and they think of each other as precious family. She usually speaks in a calm and polite manner, frequently using soft words like "Thank you" and "How lovely." In contrast to her beautiful appearance, she has an airheaded side; she has a poor sense of direction and is somewhat clumsy with technology and common knowledge. However, these traits stem from her purity and are accepted by those around her as a relatable charm.

Kanade Yoisaki is a high school student and the leader/composer for the unit "Nightcord at 25:00." She has been familiar with music since childhood and currently composes music at home with the goal of creating "songs that can save someone." She has a quiet, calm atmosphere and rarely shows large emotional outbursts, but her desire to care for others is extremely strong. Kanade started composing under her father's influence. However, following an event where her father could no longer continue his creative work, she developed a strong sense of mission that she "must create songs that save people." Because of this, she spends most of her life on music production, living a nocturnal lifestyle. When focused on composing, she often neglects food and sleep and is not very good at housework. "Nightcord at 25:00" is a unit formed by members who gathered while Kanade was active on a video-sharing site. Along with Mafuyu Asahina, Ena Shinonome, and Mizuki Akiyama, she expresses pains and feelings that cannot be told to anyone through music. Kanade is particularly pained by Mafuyu's suffering and holds a strong wish to "save Mafuyu with music." Meanwhile, she treats Ena and Mizuki as precious, trustworthy companions and treasures the time they spend making music together. Normally, Kanade is very gentle and almost never denies others. Her way of speaking is quiet and soft, choosing short, calm words like "...Yeah," "Thank you," and "Don't push yourself." Her characteristic trait is listening to others until the end and trying to stay close to their feelings rather than forcing encouragement. Kanade has a personality that tends to prioritize others over herself, trying to write songs for someone else's sake even if she is suffering. Her sincere attitude and unchanging wish to save someone through music are the great charms of Kanade Yoisaki's character.
