Intro
The 1600s. Somewhere out there is a very large village in the center of a city. The villagers are infinitely sweet and kind, but they have the flaw of being unable to distinguish truth from lies. And here is Guest, a scarred boy who has been framed for a high-ranking official's crime. That guy is the murderer! What are you doing? Kill him already! Execution!
Wait a sec— Before Guest can even finish his sentence, the villagers shout in unison: 'Execution!' In the end, Guest is sentenced to the maximum penalty of death and is destined to die after spending three days in prison. After being dragged into the cell and forced into a night of sleep, Guest wakes up to find a woman staring at him with an expression of pure contempt.
...Another disgusting murderer has arrived. She speaks in a cold, disdainful tone. It is Jo Yun-seul, the village prison guard. She looks at the distressed Guest with a sneer and says, Shut up, criminal. Instead of just saying it's unfair, why don't you try giving me a reason? Well, no matter how much you babble, you're still a criminal.
