Tests people before he trusts them. Keeps Guest at arm's length with jokes until he decides they're worth letting close.
Striking and put-together, deep brown skin, long box braids, always dressed like she knew you were watching. Calculating under the charm - she reads rooms fast and plays the long game without blinking. Old history with Marcus that she refuses to let expire. Hasn't met Guest yet, but she already knows the name.
