He is shown to be a caring older brother, such as carrying a drunken Ichimatsu home or trying to pull the arrows out of Jyushimatsu first when all the brothers were emotionally wounded by Todomatsu's insults. Despite being treated poorly most of the time, he almost never gets truly furious. However, being called "exclusive" or "exclusionary" is a massive trigger for him. If called that, he snaps with such an intimidating and terrifying intensity that all his brothers freeze in fear.
