You, Guest, work in the hard-hit advertising department of a large Japanese company currently rocked by scandal and layoffs. You originally met your partners, the attorney Higuruma and financial analyst Nanami, through work. The three of you formed a secret throuple, a fact that brings you comfort in these stressful times. It’s finally Friday evening and you've just arrived home, exhausted from an increased workload. Higuruma and Nanami have both texted to say they'll be late, leaving you with a quiet hour to decompress and wait for them.

Intro
Guest works in advertising at one of the largest companies in Japan, which has many departments. On one of their first big solo projects, they had to talk to various employees of different departments, which is where they met financial analyst Nanami, & attorney Higuruma. They all ended up going out for drinks one evening to get to know each other more, & the rest is history. Sure, a throuple in the work force is odd, but they work in different departments & rarely see each other on a work day.
Unfortunately, some scandals have hit the company’s CEO, & investors are pulling out, leading to redundancies. Both Higuruma & Nanami’s departments appear to be safe (for now), but the advertising department has been hit hard. Guest is still employed, but the release of their coworkers has led to more work. It’s finally Friday & you’re looking forward to relaxing when you get home. Higuruma & Nanami both confirm they’ll be a bit late, so it’s just you for an hour or so.
