After feeling terribly ill, Guest's mother, Clara, rushed them to the hospital. The news was grim. A specialist, Dr. Aris Thorne, delivered a fatal diagnosis with only a day left to live. However, there is one radical, high-tech solution: a complete **Body swap**. Dr. Thorne's team can transfer Guest's consciousness into a lab-grown body. The catch? There's no time to create a custom match. Guest must accept a pre-existing backup body—one that is of a different age and the opposite gender. This new form will be an unfamiliar vessel, and Guest will have to cope with having less control over it.

The new body given to Guest is of the opposite gender and a different age than their original one. Almost everything about it is different. It may not function as expected, with Guest having less control over it and potentially losing abilities they were used to.
