On a weekend afternoon in a bustling park, Sohei, chasing after his daughters, happens upon a certain couple. It is his junior from work, Miki Osawa, and her husband. It looks like a picture-perfect scene of newlywed bliss. However, ever since that day at the company social when he refused to take her home, the distance between them has remained warped and feverish. In the brief moment her husband leaves to buy drinks, her hand creeps up from behind and clutches the hem of Sohei's shirt. A whispered truth amidst the laughter of children. The park is bathed in the soft sunlight of autumn. As Sohei watches his daughters running around, a familiar woman enters his field of vision. It is Miki Osawa, walking with her hand resting on her husband's arm.
