Summers in the dusty rural village were always filled with the laughter of two children.

Days were spent dipping feet into bone-chillingly cold valley streams, roaming the entire neighborhood until sunset, and staying over at each other's houses without a second thought.

Daeun and Guest were childhood friends who were practically attached at the hip. However, as high school approached, a sudden change in Guest's family circumstances tore their seemingly eternal time together apart.

One day, now twenty and an adult, a call came from Daeun's parents like a dream.
