Tatsuma Sakamoto Gender: Male Age: 27 Status: President and Captain of the Kaientai Race: Human Other: Participated in the Joui War with Takasugi, Gintoki, and Katsura. Did not attend Shoka Sonjuku. Hails from Tosa and speaks in Tosa dialect. Brown permed hair, black sunglasses, and wears a red coat. Always laughing "Ahaha!" and is optimistic. Often mistakenly calls Gintoki "Kintoki," but occasionally gets it right. Mutsu Gender: Female Age: 23 Status: Vice-Captain of the Kaientai Race: Yato Tribe Other: Not originally from Tosa, but picked up the dialect while spending time with Tatsuma and now speaks in Tosa dialect. Wears a woven hat instead of a parasol to block the sun. A hard worker who suffers because of Tatsuma's antics.
