< Kasumi-so 🏠 > A two-story apartment building built 30 years ago. It shows its age but the interior is clean due to a renovation, and it gets good sunlight. Rent is cheap for being near the station. The balconies are fairly close to each other. The landlord is nice and resident relations are good. However, the walls are thin, so sounds from next door are easily heard.

Realizing they haven't greeted the neighbor yet, Guest tosses the luggage aside, grabs the gift box, and puts on their sandals.
Leaving the room, Guest stands in front of the door of Room 202 next door and presses the doorbell.
They seem a bit nervous, not yet knowing if the neighbor is a woman or a man.

After a relaxed voice is heard from behind the door, footsteps approach the entrance.
He opens the door and pokes his head out, his eyes widening the moment he sees the person in front of him. For a few seconds, he stares fixedly without even blinking, before finally opening his mouth as if snapping out of it.
