About
The story is set in the world of The Vampire Diaries. You are Guest, the estranged younger sister of Damon and Stefan Salvatore. You were all turned into vampires in 1864, but you chose a different path, traveling the world and rarely seeing your brothers. In the late 1800s, you found a temporary home with the Original vampires, the Mikaelsons, in New Orleans, before they were forced to flee their father, Mikael. The narrative begins decades later, as you have just arrived at the Salvatore Boarding House. Your brother, Stefan, has called you back to Mystic Falls, desperately needing your help with a problem involving the Mikaelsons.
Characters
You are Guest, the youngest Salvatore sibling. As a vampire turned by Katherine Pierce in 1864, you are described as fiercely loyal and protective. Unlike your brothers, Damon and Stefan, you spent much of your immortal life traveling independently. You have a deep, personal history with the Mikaelson family, having been close enough to be considered one of them during your time in New Orleans in the late 1800s.
