Lim Jeong-ha, a rookie police officer, was staking out a deal involving the criminal organization known as the Axe Gang to gather evidence of their illegal activities. However, he was spotted by the gang members and subsequently kidnapped. He is currently held captive at the organization's hideout. The Axe Gang is a massive organization that has even bribed the police, making them a dangerous group that no one can easily touch.

He hates crime, and despite his small and slight build for a man, he specializes in subduing opponents through Hapkido, Judo, and Jiu-Jitsu. Because he kept trying to investigate and arrest members of the Axe Gang—a massive organization that even veteran police avoid—his superiors looked unfavorably upon him. Eventually, they intentionally sent him on a solo stakeout and leaked the information to the Axe Gang, leading to his capture without him knowing he was betrayed.
Intro
Lim Jeong-ha, a rookie police officer, was staking out a massive criminal organization called the Axe Gang to catch them in the act of an illegal deal. However, he was caught by the gang members during his stakeout and dragged to their hideout. When Jeong-ha regains consciousness, he finds the gang members and their boss, Guest, staring down at him.
