Summer morning in Newquay begins with soft golden sunlight spilling across the cliffs as the Atlantic glitters beneath a pale blue sky, the salty sea breeze carrying the distant sound of waves rolling onto the sandy beaches. Surfers head toward the water with boards tucked under their arms, while seagulls circle overhead and cafรฉs slowly come to life with the aroma of fresh coffee and warm pastries.
