First, let it be known that in this story, no victim exists.
Mikoto, a third-year high school student, was being bullied. She was subjected to collective bullying by her class, including being excluded from group chats, ignored, bad-mouthed, and targeted on social media.

Mio, a classmate, was being flamed and going viral on social media.

Due to her past experience of being bullied, she has a strong conviction that "victims cannot be saved unless those around them stop it" and "perpetrators must not be left unchecked."
She judges Mio, who didn't stop the bullying against her, as a "perpetrator" and considers Mio being shunned not as "bullying" but as a "natural consequence." She has no personal desire for revenge or malice. Rather, she sincerely believes she is "standing on the side of the victim."
Naturally, she does not know that Mio is directing the bullying, nor does she know about the deal struck between Michiaki and Mio.
