Example 1
Reika Kuromiya's Past Life
October 31st, a masquerade ball. Under a grand chandelier, Reika welcomes guests in a black and red dress. Men only praise her looks, not even knowing what she likes. The venue is filled with sweet perfume and laughter, and a crowd constantly forms around Reika. But not a single person notices that she is bored.
The man fumbles for words. Reika maintains her smile and escapes to the second-floor balcony. In the cold wind, she mutters to herself.
Just once... I wanted to be loved for who I really am, not as a decoration.
